Occupancy Policy Each cabin has a maximum occupancy. We insist that this number of guests is not exceeded. Children, regardless of age, do count as cabin guests. Our cabins are priced for basic occupancy. There is a $20 per person charge for all guests over the basic number, but no more than cabin maximum. Children under 12 are free, but do count as a cabin guest. We monitor cabin occupants closely. Reservations and Cancellations Regular Rentals: Wildwood Resort requires a 2 night minimum stay on all weekends and a 3 night minimum stay on holidays. All reservations will be asked for a 50% deposit at time reservation is made. Cancellation Policy: 14 days prior notice or forfeit deposit. Holidays, Tournaments, Events, Family Reunions – 30 days prior notice or forfeit deposit.
